Join Circle of Stones author, Judith Duerk, to connect, reflect & rejuvenate with women of all ages.  Through a journey of silence, drumming and sharing Judith will lead women  in a process of speaking into the silence – to witness others and to be witnessed.  We recommend reading the book Circle of Stones before the event, if possible.  Copies of all three of Judith’s books will be available at the event. 

                Following the retreat, women are invited to enjoy the Goddess Temple property and post-retreat activities, including:  dancing, drumming, small group discussions, music, storytelling, and a soup party for the evening meal.

Schedule:

9 to 10                Registration

10 to 4                Retreat led by Judith Duerk (including a lunch break)

4 to 8pm              Post-retreat gathering & soup party

What to Bring:

Bag lunch, sitting pillow (chairs will be provided), drum (if you have one), journal (if you use one), and a vegetable if you plan to stay for the soup party.  * Feel free to also bring an item to contribute to the altar organized by Butte College students.

Cost & Registration:

$40 ($25 for students).  Registration form and payment due by Friday, October 1st.
